Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together warm milk, melted butter, and eggs.
  3. Gradually combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients until dough forms.
  4. Knead dough on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for about an hour until doubled in size.
  6. For the filling, combine sugar and cinnamon; toss with raspberries.
  7. Roll out dough into a rectangle and spread filling evenly over it.
  8. Roll up tightly from one edge and slice into twelve pieces.
  9. Arrange rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise again for 30 minutes.
  10. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
