Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch nuggets.
  2. Place chicken in a large ziplock bag and add dill pickle juice. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with a roasting rack.
