Instructions

  1. If using frozen fruit, thaw it completely.
  2. In a food processor, blend strawberries, cherries, and apples until combined but slightly chunky.
  3. Stir in chia seeds until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold lined with teflex sheets and spread it evenly.
  5. Dehydrate at 125°F (52°C) for about 4 hours.
  6. Carefully remove from mold and flip onto a dehydrator tray; continue dehydrating for an additional 2.5 hours.
  7. Check for doneness; bars should be firm but not brittle.
