  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (14.25 oz) box white cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz) pack strawberry gelatin mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (24.3 oz) no-bake cheesecake filling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by slicing one side flat and chopping the rest; mix with sugar and refrigerate.
  2. Bake the white cake mix according to package instructions using egg whites. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. While baking, dissolve the gelatin mix in boiling water and set aside.
