  • 5 egg whites
  • 10 oz granulated sugar
  • 15 oz cold butter
  • ½ cup strawberry puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pans.
  2. Mix granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Add eggs, oil, sour cream, milk, vanilla extract, and chicken sparkling grape juice. Beat until smooth.
  3. Divide the batter into prepared pans and bake for about 30-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on racks.
  4. For the buttercream: Whisk egg whites until frothy; gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form. Incorporate cold butter and strawberry puree.
