- 1 scoop whey or casein blend protein powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 1/3 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tbsp water
- 3 drops red food coloring
- 1/2 tbsp white chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 strawberry (for topping)

- light pancake syrup (optional)
- In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, cornstarch, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix liquid egg whites, Greek yogurt, water, and food coloring until combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently to avoid overmixing.
- Preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat and pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown; fold in white chocolate chips after flipping if desired.
- Serve topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
