  • 8 oz rice noodles (or lo mein/udon noodles)
  • 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • Sticky sauce: soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Toss beef with cornstarch, then sear in a hot skillet with oil for about 6 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, stir-fry bell pepper and broccoli for 5 minutes. Add green onions, garlic, and ginger; cook until fragrant.
  4. Whisk together sticky sauce ingredients and pour over vegetables and beef; add noodles and toss to combine.
  5. Serve garnished with extra green onions.
