  • 3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 packet instant rapid rise yeast
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Topping: melted butter, garlic powder, grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, combine gluten-free flour, sugar, yeast, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt on low speed.
  3. Gradually add warm water, eggs, and olive oil; mix until combined.
  4. Increase speed to medium and beat for about 5 minutes until the dough is thick.
  5. Transfer dough into a quart ziplock bag, cut off one corner, and pipe six-inch breadsticks onto the baking sheet.
  6. Let rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes before baking for 15–17 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Brush with the garlic topping immediately after baking.
