  • 4 TBSP butter
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 2 TBSP milk
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 8 cups Chocolate Chex Cereal
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 box Samoas cookies

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate spread, milk, butter, and milk chocolate chips. Microwave for 1 minute until melted; stir until creamy. Add caramel sauce and mix well.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Chocolate Chex cereal with shredded coconut. Pour melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently toss to coat evenly.
  3. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the coated mix and carefully mix until all pieces are covered.
