  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 14.75 oz Canned Pink salmon, drained (418g)
  • 1 tsp Mustard powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
  • 2 Green Onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 4 lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned salmon and place it in a mixing bowl. Remove any visible bones and mash it with a fork.
  2. Add the beaten egg, mustard powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, green onions, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each patty for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
