- 1½ cups quick oats
- ½ cup protein powder
- ⅔ cup granulated sweetener
- ⅔ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and vanilla until creamy.
