  • ⅔ cup unsweetened creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (5.3-oz) container plain Greek yogurt
  • 1½ cups quick oats
  • ½ cup protein powder
  • ⅔ cup granulated sweetener
  • ⅔ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and vanilla until creamy.
  3. Add oats, protein powder, sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; mix until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  5. Drop mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet with space between each.
  6. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
