  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove any damaged leaves from the cabbage and slice it into ¾-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Brush both sides of each cabbage steak generously with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Place the coated steaks on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
