  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach

  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to about 1/2 inch thick. Season with salt and pepper.
