  • 1 10-ounce block yellow cheddar cheese, shredded (approximately 3 cups)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup scallions, minced
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • dozen soft pull-apart slider rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 pounds boneless chicken

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, scallions, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt until well blended.
  3. Slice cooked chicken into thin pieces and fold into the cheese mixture.
  4. Slice slider rolls in half and spread the creamy dip on both sides.
  5. Assemble by adding the sliced chicken between the rolls and brush tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake in a covered pan for about 25 minutes or until heated through and golden brown.
