  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 large bell peppers, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers for about 5-6 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  5. Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese; stir until melted and evenly combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Layer sliced provolone cheese on top followed by shredded mozzarella.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Allow to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
