  • 32 ounces chicken stock or broth
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, packed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut cream for lighter version
  • 1 cup shredded cheese or dairy-free alternative

Instructions

  1. Sauté celery, onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes in olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes until softened.
