  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 4 oz full-fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/4 cup of melted salted butter, plus 1 tablespoon
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar granulated substitute
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat unsalted butter and sugar substitute until light and fluffy using an electric mixer.
  4. Add cream cheese and vanilla to the mixture; blend until smooth.
