  • 1/2 cup allulose
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup keto chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cashew butter, allulose, egg, and baking soda; mix well. Gently fold in the keto chocolate chips.
  3. Form small balls of dough (about 12). Flatten each ball onto the prepared tray.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
