  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute

Instructions

  1. In a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned; drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in dill pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; sauté for flavor integration.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, sugar-free ketchup, and Swerve until smooth.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). On a parchment-lined baking sheet, form cheese circles about 3-4 inches wide and bake for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
  5. Remove from oven; quickly place sauce down each cheese circle's center. Top with shredded lettuce and meat mixture.
  6. Roll each cheese circle around the filling while warm and allow to cool before serving.
