- 1/4 Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
- 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
- 1 tsp Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
- In a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned; drain excess grease.
- Stir in dill pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; sauté for flavor integration.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, sugar-free ketchup, and Swerve until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). On a parchment-lined baking sheet, form cheese circles about 3-4 inches wide and bake for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
