  • 1/4 lb diced turkey pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup diced provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2/3 cup diced grape tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup mild banana peppers
  • 1/2 sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons red apple vinegar
  • 12 tablespoons banana pepper juice (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Freshly cracked pepper and salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by combining all dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, diced turkey slices, turkey pepperoni, red onion, grape tomatoes, banana peppers, and cheeses.
