  • 2 quarts strawberries
  • 2 mangoes
  • 30 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 5 kiwi
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly under running water and drain.
  2. Core, peel, and chop the pineapple into chunks; add to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stem and slice the strawberries; add them to the bowl.
  4. Peel and slice the mangoes; combine them in the mixing bowl.
  5. Drain the mandarin oranges and add them to the mixture.
  6. Peel and chop the kiwi; toss it into the bowl along with sliced bananas.
  7. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the fruit mix; add sugar if desired.
  8. Gently stir until well combined; spoon into plastic cups or containers.
