  • 3 chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 12 oz elbow macaroni (cooked al dente)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil (or oil of choice)
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, marinate cubed chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked. Stir in butter, honey, and chopped parsley.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic; cook until golden. Pour in heavy cream and let it bubble.
  4. Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Boil elbow macaroni until al dente; drain and rinse.
  6. Mix cooked pasta into the cheese sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes.
