  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 keto graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Fresh fruits for topping
  • Blueberry jam for topping

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine 1 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup fat-free cream cheese, 1/2 cup protein powder, 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup, and 2 tsp vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
