  • 2/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats (or gluten-free oat flour)
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 green onions (diced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes, pat dry, and coat with oat flour.
