  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp pink salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the dark baking chocolate in a mixing bowl using short microwave bursts or a double boiler.
  3. Mix in the mashed sweet potato, nut butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together cacao powder, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture.
  5. Gently mix in dark chocolate chips and nuts if desired.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for about 25 minutes, or until mostly clean when tested with a toothpick.
