  • One 8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice

  • 8 oz. whipped topping (thawed)

Instructions

  2. Stir in the crushed pineapple along with its juice until the mixture is uniform.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving, gently fold in the shredded coconut and thawed whipped topping until combined.
