  • 1 Pineapple
  • 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pink sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Marinate chicken with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Prepare pineapple by slicing into rings; brush with olive oil.
  4. Grill chicken for 7 minutes per side and pineapple for 3–4 minutes each side until lightly charred.
  5. Chop vegetables and place them in a large bowl.
