  • 240ml beef broth
  • 225g provolone cheese, chopped or shredded
  • 6 brioche chicken hamburger buns (buttered + toasted)

Instructions

  1. In a hot skillet, brown the lean ground beef until deeply seared. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté diced onions, bell peppers, and minced mushrooms in the same skillet until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine beef broth, cornstarch, ketchup, vinegar, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce into the skillet with vegetables; simmer until thickened.
