Ingredients

  • 3 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 2 eggs (at room temperature)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened; use dairy-free for an alternative)
  • 1 ¼ cups milk (at room temperature; lactose-free or dairy-free also work)
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Warm milk to about 45°C (115°F) and add it along with softened butter, eggs, and apple cider vinegar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Grease your baking pan(s) and scoop dough balls into them using an ice cream scoop. Smooth the tops with a spatula.
  4. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
