  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes), then set aside.
  2. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up browned bits from the skillet. Add gnocchi and simmer for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in heavy cream, and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Return cooked chicken to the skillet along with Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and heated through.
