  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal (optional)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ranch dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Adjust consistency with milk if needed and refrigerate.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, cornmeal (if using), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
  3. Dip each mushroom slice into the egg mixture followed by dredging it in the flour mixture until fully coated.
