  • 8 cups mixed salad greens (spinach and lettuce)
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/3 cup pecan pieces or chopped walnuts or sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly. Slice strawberries and red onion.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, maple syrup or honey, kosher salt, and olive oil. Whisk until well blended.
