  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
  • Vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions

  5. Mix cornstarch with water in a small bowl; pour into the pan while stirring to thicken the sauce.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce is glossy.
