  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ lb chicken or turkey sausage
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese (cut into thick slices)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the chicken or turkey sausage until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Add the marinara sauce to the skillet with the cooked sausage; stir well and let simmer for a few minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
