  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 12 oz frozen cauliflower rice
  • ¾ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1½ tsp salt (divided)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (divided)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup chicken stock or water
  • Sliced Green Onions and Chopped Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat and add oil or drippings along with the ground meat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; brown until caramelized.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and add diced onion, bell pepper, and celery. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and spices; cook for another minute.
