Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm milk and unsalted butter until well mixed.
  2. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
  3. Whisk together eggs, brown sugar, and chocolate chips in a separate bowl.
  4. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle, spread the filling evenly, then roll into a log and cut into sections.
  5. Place each section upright in a greased muffin tin and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.
