Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground chicken and cook until browned (5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté onion in the same pot for 3–4 minutes; add garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Return chicken to the pot; pour in chicken broth and stir well.
