- 4 slices thick cut Turkey Bacon (diced)
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt and fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked or sweet paprika
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried dill weed
- ½ teaspoon dried chives
- chopped fresh parsley
- sliced green scallions
- Preheat oven to 400˚F.
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook diced turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy; set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat vegetable oil and sear seasoned chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Arrange chicken in the baking dish and top each breast with cream cheese mixture, turkey bacon, and shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered for about 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
