  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, diced
  • 3 celery ribs, diced
  • 8 oz dry ditalini pasta
  • 3 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans beef broth
  • 1 (15 oz) can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions

  2. Add the chopped onion, diced carrots, diced celery, and minced garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.
