Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/4 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Drain and rinse the black beans, then blend all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan and freeze for at least 30 minutes until set.
  5. For optional chocolate coating, melt chocolate chips with oil and drizzle over the bars before returning them to the freezer.
