  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar for topping
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder for topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes; let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture; gently fold in whipped cream until no streaks remain.
  6. Pour filling over cooled crust; smooth top with a spatula.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
