  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup red apple vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Fresh greens (spinach or arugula)
  • Diced tomatoes

Instructions
