  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Fries (32 oz or 900 g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare fries as per package instructions or bake homemade fries at 425°F (220°C) for 30–35 minutes until crispy.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then cook for about 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes; cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and let simmer together for another 2–3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot alongside fries and garnish with chopped parsley.
