  • 4 cups cooked, cubed or shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices cooked, chopped turkey bacon
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 lb thawed frozen spinach (drained)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C).
  2. Prepare the vegetables: If using fresh broccoli, boil for 1-2 minutes until bright green; drain well.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, turkey bacon, drained spinach or broccoli, garlic, ranch dressing, and half of each cheese variety. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
