  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter (no sugar added)
  • 1/2 Cup Swerve (or stevia)
  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp Almond Extract
  • 1/2 Cups Shredded Coconut (Unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Melt coconut oil and peanut butter in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in cocoa powder, sea salt, Swerve, vanilla extract, almond extract, and shredded coconut until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture evenly onto it.
  4. Freeze for 45 minutes until firm.
  5. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
