  • 1 pound chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and stir until well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning (if using). Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place skewers in a single layer in the basket.
  5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from air fryer and garnish with additional Parmesan and chopped parsley before serving.
